Ben joined Becketts from a background in Accountancy. He says it was the best move he ever made! Ben has worked through the full range of positions during his time at Becketts, from Administrator to fully fledged Financial Planner – attaining Chartered status in 2023.

During his spare time, Ben can often be found indulging in his passion for sports. Amongst the many Ben plays and follows, he is a keen golfer and lifelong Manchester United fan.

What do you most like about your job?
A few things really. Firstly our clients, which goes without saying! I also really like how varied the job is – there’s rarely a day that goes by whereby a learning opportunity doesn’t present itself. It’s also a great place to work and a great team to work with. The atmosphere and working environment are hard to find!

What are you most proud of?
That I’m the longest serving member of the team, other than Dom! It’s been awesome to see and be a part of the change and growth in the company over the years.

What are your money weaknesses?
After a few drinks I can spend money like it grows on trees!

What makes you happy?
Pizza. Never fails.
