Introducing Patrick
Patrick McLoughney has the double distinction of being Becketts’ most senior consultant and also married to our company founder, Lorraine McLoughney. Patrick has an extensive knowledge of Wills, Probate and Trusts as well as conveyancing and more general areas of law. This knowledge was built over a successful 35-year career as a solicitor. Such expertise is an extremely valuable resource for Becketts.
Combining Becketts’ specialities and expertise with Patrick’s own creates a deep and well-rounded service offering of which we’re very proud.
What do you most like about your job?
If there’s one thing I’ve enjoyed throughout my career it’s taking on a challenge. It’s the elation from coming up with a positive result!
What’s the best thing you’ve ever spent your money on?
The engagement ring for Lorraine. I consider it my wisest investment too.
What’s your money weakness?
I’ve relied on Lorraine for my financial matters for years. Well, see above!
What makes you happy?
Spending time with the family, especially the newest members – my two grandsons.
