From the highs of our double-award winning autumn, we have moved with the seasons… the recent frosty mornings at Beckett House have led to some wonderful wintery views across the fields – with Canadian Geese settling and the church spire in Singleton in the background, it is very much a picturesque Christmas card scene!
Winter has also brought two further Chartered exam successes for Ben and Mark – congratulations to them! They are *very* close to achieving their individual Chartered status and are very much in the final phase now…
Thank you to all our clients who visited us at Beckett House this year – we appreciate the return to ‘normal’ has still been something to get used to again for many (see our lead piece for more on our learnings from 2022).
As part of that adjustment, a big thank you to clients we continue to meet online – some exclusively! – where we know a little bit of extra patience is usually needed in getting set up, mute-button hitting and successfully sharing screens!
What we can promise in 2023 is that we will continue to seek improvement in every facet of our business, while retaining our family values of trust and transparency. We appreciate the blend of how much a digital solution can ease many a process, however we value our ability to have face-to-face personal relationships with all our clients, and that will never go away!
