If you recall our previous edition in February, we advised readers to “watch this space” as to whether we would retain our “Adviser Firm of the Year – North West” title at the Professional Adviser awards…
… well, we’re now very happy to announce… that we did!
That is now three wins in the past four years in this category, which we are over the moon with. A huge thank you to all our professional network, and clients who advocate what we do on our behalf – be it by online reviews, word of mouth or just clicking “Like” online – it does all add up to showcase what great financial planning can do.
Unfortunately, we didn’t win at the multi-industry Red Rose Awards in the Professional Services category – however we did make it a hat-trick of finalist appearances, which we still definitely see as success, knowing that our levels of client servicing is consistently considered being at the top table across all professional services.
Hopefully this type of recognition reassures you, our clients, that our dedication and commitment to the highest levels of personal service – communication, understanding, ease, as well as of course your planning outcomes – is always at the heart of what we do.
As ever, if you feel moved to provide any feedback about the quality of the service you receive – either directly to your adviser or straight onto Google as a review – we would be hugely appreciative. It may even help to inspire others to address securing their financial future.
Internally, our Kaizen (continuous improvement) philosophy continues unabated – with no less than three further exam passes in the last month, with Diana securing the CII’s Award in Financial Administration, Andy passing the halfway mark in his Diploma journey, and Nick passing his first Diploma exam with us too. A big congratulations to all!
Elsewhere around Becketts, we thank everyone for their patience around the site at the moment as scaffolding has enveloped Beckett House, which has led to parking being at a premium, with client spaces now occupied by steel. Please also take care entering and exiting the main door while work is ongoing.
