Remember when summer used to be a time of rest and relaxation? Not for the Becketts team this year!
First up, we are thrilled to announce that Ben passed his final batch of exams and is now officially a Chartered Financial Planner! Ben has been building his advising experience over the last five years – the mandatory minimum to be considered eligible for this status – as well as demonstrating his technical knowledge across pensions, investments, tax and protection. Well done Ben!
But we weren’t done there – in the same week, Caroline completed her Award in Financial Administration, which included one of the more notoriously (un)popular exams! So well done Caroline for your persistence and, of course, excellence!
Earlier in the summer, we also welcomed Diana Mallinson to the business as part of our growing admirative team – supporting Mark’s clients in particular.
Diana has over 13 years’ financial services experience – all on the Fylde coast – so we know her experience in supporting local clients through the world of finance and savings is already top-notch! Welcome Di!
One of Di’s first engagements will be to join the whole Becketts team at the Lancashire BiBA Awards on Friday 15th September – where we are triple category finalists! With two of the categories revolving around client services, we are proud that our services levels and the “things we can control” we do so to the best of our ability and standards – and are being recognised as such. Let’s see if we ca go one step further this time, having also been BiBA finalists in 2021 and 2022.
As such, a continued thank you to anyone who leaves us a Google review. In a world where evidence of customer satisfaction is being sought both by consumers and the financial regulator alike (combined with the jungle of finding reliable information on the internet!), reviews directly from clients cut through this with ease.
