We move into winter with some warming news as we have a raft of positive exam news to share – with our Operations Manager, Andrew, now qualified as an adviser in his own right, achieving his DipPFS certificate. Caroline also passed her first exam in administration and will be sitting her second early in the new year to achieve her first award in financial administration. Ben also passed another Chartered exam, edging him one step closer to achieving Chartered adviser status.
We are also very happy to report that we have retained our BS8577 certification in financial planning operations excellence – a big thank you to the Standards International team for their continued support and undertaking our assessments. The accreditation reinforces our commitment to delivering a high level of operational consistency for servicing clients and bringing new clients on board. Our assessors also check over our internal company policies and procedures to ensure our moral compass points in all directions inside and outside of the company.
Another piece of news to warm you this winter is the announcement of our partnership with luxury travel group Abercrombie & Kent.
